The immediate past Executive Chairman, Bichi Local Government Area, Kano State, Dr Yusuf Mohammed Sabo, has congratulated the Member Representing Bichi Federal Consitituency and Chairman House Committee on Appropriations, Engineer Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi on his birthday.
Dr Yusuf Mohammed Sabo described the Honorable Member, Engineer Abubakar Bichi “a seasoned technocrat, visionary, an icon of humility, passionate, and selfless political leader.”
Engineer Abba Bichi deserves to be celebrated, especially on his birthday, given the quality and selfless service he has been rendering to our dear Bichi Federal Consitituency, Kano North Senatorial District, Kano State and Nation as a whole.
