The visit was disclosed in a statement signed by Muhammad Sanusi Sa’id Kiru (Majidadin Kiru), Director of Training and Programmes at the National Progressive Institute (TPI) and made available to journalists on Monday.
During the visit, the former commissioners reaffirmed their unwavering loyalty and commitment to Dr. Ganduje, whom they described as a political mentor and visionary leader. They commended his remarkable contributions to the growth of the APC, especially during his tenure as National Chairman, which they noted significantly strengthened the party’s national structure and political fortunes.
Despite serving in the role for less than two years, Dr. Ganduje’s leadership was praised for fostering stability and inclusiveness within the party. The delegation thanked him for his dedication and tireless efforts toward advancing the APC’s ideals across the country.
In his response, Dr. Ganduje expressed appreciation for the visit and the solidarity shown by his former cabinet members. He extended his gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, members of the APC National Working Committee (NWC), APC governors, and party staff nationwide for their support throughout his tenure.
He further reiterated his commitment to the progress and unity of the APC and pledged to continue contributing to its development even outside of formal party leadership.
