Former First Lady, Aisha Buhari, has paid a visit to former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, who is the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress for the 2027 election.
Atiku disclosed the meeting in a post on his X account on Wednesday, describing the visit by the former First Lady as warm and deeply appreciated.
According to him, the meeting went beyond social courtesies, drawing attention to the responsibility of political leaders and others seeking a better Nigeria to place citizens’ welfare at the centre of their efforts.
