Former Executive Chairman, Bichi Local Government Council in Kano State, Professor Yusuf Mohammed Sabo has congratulate Honourable Dr Engineer Abubakar Kabir Abubakar Bichi, Member Representing Bichi Federal Consitituency and Chairman, House Committee on Appropriations on the occasion of his 44th birthday.
In his message of felicitation, Professor Sabo who is currently in far away Saudi Arabia observing his lesser hajj (Umrah) described the Honorable Abban Bichi as an accomplished politician who has continued to serve Bichi Federal Consitituency, Kano State and the Nation with passions and great commitments.
