The former Executive Chairman, Bichi Local Government Area, Kano State, Professor Yusuf Mohammed Sabo, has congratulated the former Kano State Deputy Governor and former State Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Excellency Abdullahi Tijjani Muhammad Gwarzo, RUWA BABA, on his 65th birthday.
Professor Sabo described His Excellency, ATM Gwarzo “a seasoned technocrat, visionary, an icon of humility, passionate, and selfless political leader.”
